I have been a customer of directtv for a year and a half now, i recently lost my job and needed a little assistnce to lower my bill. Direct tv customer service told me there was nothing they could do.By the end of the conversation i was so upset with direct tv that i cancelled my service and now owe them a cancellation fee. Im going back to my local cabe company as they have worked with me in the past, thats more than direct tv would do, and they do not have a contract and therir prices are same as direct tv.
