I signed up for direct tv about a month ago. My account number is 83081469. I am now under the impression that my bill will go up after a year and I am stuck with direct tv for another year. I will be paying more for service equiptment and leases then some friends that have the HD DRV in both rooms and more channels then I have and they pay a lot less then me. I feel direct tv needs to get the pricing uniformed and stop scaming cusomters to get direct tv. Direct tv has been great as far as quality and experience. Customer service or (pricing) is really a terrible scam to pull on the public. I am a customer that pays each month on time and just hate to get scamed. All I want is the same benefits others are getting, free HD TV, and the nice recievers in both rooms. I just feel direct tv does one thing for one customer and another thing for others. I want to continue using this service, but don't want to be taken advantage of either. I uderstand paying for a service, but if some people are paying less then me and getting more accessories then I feel this is a problem. Also the two year contract is fine, but after a year the prices go up. I thought it stayed the same for the two year contract. It is a contract that lures you in then after a year the price goes up.
