I have spoke to 4 different people who all give a different story. I disconnected my service and had already paid my bill so they owe me 160.00 back, one said check would be cut within 4 weeks of equipment being returned I returned it 3 days after disconnect 4 weeks go by no check, the next call 5 weeks pass was told they cut the checks on one day and I miss the cut off date, will be two weeks at most, 7 weeks pass call guy goes oh my we are really slow I guess it is being mail should receive it by end of next week which will be 9 weeks talk to supervisor to be told instead of the cable being disconnected off the pole on the 1st of April like it was suppose to be, it wasn't done by them till the 12 of April, mind you I disconnected on March 23. If you don't get your equipment back with in 5 days you pay for everyday it sits in your house. I will never have Time warner Cable again they were very rude and no one could give you the same excuse. I would never recommend their service to anyone!!! I guess what counts is they get paid on time!!!
