I paid for my service to be connected and was told a it would be connected the following day... I waited and decided to call, first they said it was already connected and was disconnected. Called again and they said the technician could not access the pole (a big lie because there is no gate to access the pole) i was left holding for ever and was told there was noone available to come. I hate time warner cable... This has happened before... And they don't care about the customer. Now is christmas eve ànd tw doesn't give a fck if i have cable or not, regardless that i paid
