Time Warner Cable over charging

I have been with time Warner cable for over a year with my bill being around 70 month after month. I did not change my services but they started charging over $120 a month. After calling four times and talking to different people I was never given a straight forward answer nor was my bill changed back to my normal pricing. I also had the Dvr which never worked but my complaints were never heard. I called to disconnect my services I was not asked why. When I told the man the date I wanted my services disconnected he said that was fine. After logging on to my account a few days later my appointment was scheduled 10 days after the date I requested. I have never in my life had to deal with such incompent people. Today as I called to get my appointment scheduled back to the date I requested, I asked for a final bill. Her response was "I guess it will be $130". How unprofessional and also WRONG! They don't care about any kind of customer satisfaction. I will never consider time Warner cable again, I was constantly being over charged for services that were never up to par!
