On June 21, Time Warner cable disconnected my cable service in error. The company received a request from a new tenant who will occupy my apartment in the middle of July. The employee disconnected my service and started new service for someone else. I have been on the phone for two days trying to get this problem resolved. I spoke with Michelle (Id 166325) and Nicole Hill (TWNIHIL) and both individuals were disrespectful and incompetent. They lied about making arrangements to get my services restored and returning my phone calls. Right now, I am still trying to get the problem resolved.
