Just staying connected to the internet long enough to submit this complain was hard enough, much less waiting long enough to load the page.
Has TWC rolled back to dialup? It's been painfully slow, consistently 1 Mbps, and taking anywhere from 20 seconds to 3 minutes to load new pages, and that's just when there's any internet at all.
