I just cancelled Direct TV and it was the best decision ever. Of the two years of service we had through them, I think there were only about 3 months where the bill was correct and I didn't have to call and complain. When I did call I was always given a "I don't know why someone would have told you that but it's not possible" line. SO FRUSTRATED with them. Maybe it is because I have it combined with my ATT internet bill. If so, they need to work on their coordination to better serve customers.
