Issue Number 1 is proficiency. I arranged a nonrefundable, non-adjustable resort for that wrong evening. Our problem. And so I named Expedia to determine if there is something they might do plus they explained they'd contact the resort and discuss on my account. Lacking any guarantees, I sent the resort myself using the problem and obtained a contact within two hours altering my reservation as to the I needed. I obtained a contact from Expedia two nights later declaring the resort declined to alter my reservation. Therefore at this time, I am asking when they actually bothered calling the resort (since them simply flat-out lying appears fairly unusual). Issue Number 2 is customer support. I attempted to contact Expedia straight and document a criticism. After being used in three distinct people and needing to inform the tale three differing times, I had been sent back again to the primary requests after which hungup on.
