We arranged an area in a niche resort and later obtained a contact saying the space wasn't available. We received a number of different factors for this by a number of different Expedia reps—which put the fault about the resort. My partner had many telephone calls to Expedia. He was informed they might contact the resort and obtain back again to him. While no body did we named again - no aid, therefore we ended reservation simply to discover our reimbursement wouldn't be future till perhaps a couple weeks,
24 hours later I returned to Expedia.com and unearthed that these were promoting areas in the same resort to get a greater cost! We were informed they had no additional areas. After I named Expedia, they obviously stated that the resort was at fault since the resort managed the publishing. And so I called the resort. The resort team, in the Delta King in Chattanooga, stated that "every weekend" they've this same issue with Expedia promoting space that aren't available. Additionally they refused any electric problems or pc issues— two of Expedia's good reasons for our termination. They assured me they don't possess the capacity to eliminate an Expedia publishing. They expressed regret at actually getting into a deal with Expedia.
