They'll charge you a monthly subscription without telling you upfront

Found their site when I was searching on YouTube for an issue. Clicked on it and when I asked how much the answer would cost, "P e a r l Chatbot" told me it was a $5 refundable fee. I then waited on line for the tech. The back and forth took almost an hour, mostly me waiting on a response. I assume the tech was helping many others. Since I was watching the chat and waiting on responses, I didn't check email. Later when I check, that's when I saw the email stating I had signed up for a $45/months service. And while I could cancel at any time, the first $45 was NOT refundable. Another site told me if I cancelled within their 7 day trial period by going to the site and canceling my membership. I did that, but "P e a r l" reiterated that the $45 was not refundable and just asking a question would restart my membership. With that being said, P e a r l ' s chat box took up half the page and there was no way to minimize it other than reloading the page. A name and picture of J a i m e P a r k comes up as the customer support lead, but I'm not convinced the picture matches the name. Bottom line is I wish I'd done a simple search instead of relying on P e a r l ' s simple $5 is all i would pay explanation.
