Upon retrieving suitcase at disembarkation site in Rotterdam, it was apparent that the extension handle was broken and unusable. We were sent to 3 different people, and finally filled out an Incident Report with Intercruises Shoreside Services, signed by Evert Kervoree who gave us a copy of report and assured us HA would contact us later that day. No contact has been made. We would like compensation for HA negligence in this matter.
It was an Expandible Carry On, size, 21"x9"x14" custom made for Edmonton Airports. (Edmonton International Airport).
