I'll never employ Expedia again to guide a trip or resort due to the horrible encounter I Have had using their customer support group. I usually don't have any issues when arranging a trip but I arranged a hotel to get a company trip last month and that I got billed by both Expedia and also the resort. After I approached Expedia customer support concerning the problem, their customer support consultant was rude, unhelpful, and elusive. She attempted to assist by calling the resort director for me personally but she did not do what I requested. I desired her to supply proof/paperwork that Expedia settled the resort for my reservation but she simply named and got exactly the same reasons that I acquired in the Holiday Inn Express in Awards, NM. The Holiday Resort statements they sent Expedia to obtain paperwork that Expedia currently taken care of my resort but never got an answer back. Therefore normally, I attempted to facilitate the problem and obtain the problem solved by trying to get Expedia to supply the paperwork however the customer support group is inefficient and may not determine what I required them to complete or wouldn't do what I requested. I've an extended flow of emails from Expedia that claims the same by 5 different people. It has been almost fourteen days and also the cost continues to be on my charge card and today I've totally quit on Expedia and Also The Holiday Inn and certainly will challenge the cost officially with my charge card business.
Scheduling through Expedia isn't worth the hassel or even the savings. And also to be frank, I really wound up spending more by scheduling through Expedia due to their booking fees.
