Half a year ago, I booked a 5 days all inclusive package from SaveOnResort. The reason I made the reservation is I thought it was a really good deal. However, just three days before my departure date, my husband got the phone call from them, because my husband was very busy at that time and didn't talk too much with them, and he transferred the call to me. The custom service determined that my husband can not speak English, and cancelled my reservation. When the next day, I tried to contact with them again, all the phone number were not in service. Even the Hotel's phone numbers! I feel so bad, what can I do now. My flight can not be cancelled, they have charged me the whole amount of this package.
