I purchased a trip for two to Mexico for 398.00 and the company told me I would have to pay an additional 200 dollars and when I called back it constantly says the line is busy try your call again

I purchased a trip for two to Mexico for the amount 398.00 and they misspelled my name. Only thing was once you purchased the trip they stated that it was non refundable. Which i thought was a super deal and the company told me that's all it would cost me. Then when I called to schedule my trip I was told by the representative that I would have to pay an additional 200 dollars and when I called back it constantly says the line is busy try your call again and haven't been able to reach the company ever since.
