On the day of the reservation

On the day of the reservation Dec 31, I spoke to the receptionist at the hotel they informed me that my reservation was cancelled by priceline.in fact it was cancelled the SAME DAY from a third party application that it was sent to the hotel back in November. Since I had no reservation (priceline cancelled the reservation, not the hotel or myself), I had to contact priceline. I spoke to a priceline representative. Working with him and the hotel manager they re-sent the reservation through the system. However, since the reservation was cancelled, by priceline, they had no rooms in the hotel that I had booked. I had to upgrade, $21.00, to get a room. This took almost 1 HOUR on New Years Eve!!! Priceline is very lucky they had a room in the hotel on that day.

The simple issue is that priceline cancelled my reservation without my consent - Plain and simple. For 2 months I didn't have a reservation and did not know it. I would like to be refunded for the service fees (which NO service was provided by priceline since my reservation was cancelled) and the cost of the upgrade.

This took over 1 hour on one of the busiest days of the year. I didn't receive any service or value from priceline.
