Here at the clarion hotel ocated in greely, Co on 701 8th st. Runs its operation in some ways wrong. The hotel room service does a very good job at cleaning, but when it comes to walking down the back stairs to exit is very filty. Tthere is always garbage and bugs flyingn around as you leave the facility through the back stairways. When the hire new people, not everyone is familar with where everything is at. Take for example breakfast, on some days there is waffels and other day there is none, not because there is not batter but because the one in charge of cooking is unfamilar with where everything is at.
Some of the women who work at the front desk are rude. It is so hard to take showers because the water changes from hot to cold daily while showering, sometimes I get burn, which needs to be fix. Sometime the laundry room is dirty and not all the dryers and washers work. I dislike the fact that this hotel has exercising equipment and is not letting anyone using it, WHY NOT? By the way its not right for workers to talk about people who stay here to other occupants like we are not going to tell one another. I also dislike the fact when trying to see whats up with the room they go and ask a friend off who knows who stays in that room to tell them are they leaving or staying. Why dont you call thier phone to find out instead of asking around? Other then these few concerns I am please with the hotel so far. The courtyard stays clean and so does the pool.
