So stayed here at the Clarion Hotel on 13805 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica NY, 11434 and the experience here I couldn't believe. Checked in April 1st and i booked 3 rooms 2 double rooms and 1 single bed room. So at about 6pm I went to check out the single room cause when I came in it wasn't ready, housekeeping was cleaning it. When I went to the lady at the front desk about the key not working she said in an attitude why am I just checking the room now. So when I went to the room come to find out I was in someone else's room. I went back down stairs to inform the lady she screamed at me saying its my fault cause 208 was the room number I wrote. I informed the girl earlier put the room # down. Then when i went upstairs again to the right room this time the key still didn't work. When I went down the lady screamed at me again so I answered her back, then I said you guys have bad customer service. The night manager jumped in and stated oh what you mean bad customer service what you want something for free. Then he stated he been in this country for 5 yrs so I felt offended so spoke my mind. He then put his hand to my face to shhh me and the girl that was at the desk stated oh don't give her the time of day it's not worth it and started speaking in their language right in front me. This hotel is rude and I would not suggest anyone to stay here because they don't value customers. We don't come first. And the manager Rick didnt do anything about the situation. I give this hotel 2 thumbs down.
