Clarion Hotel
Found wet carpet with black mold smelling. Mgmt. Refused to credit room had stayed there before, will not now stay in any Clarion again. Bank disputing charges on room. Richmond Cheste

Checked into Clarion late and tired. Found wet moldy carpet in room next morning before checking out. Desk attendant came to room and wrote a verification of the problem on Clarion stationary and signed it to give to management. Management refused to credit room. I stay over 100 rms per year business traveling and never have asked for a refund in over 10 years. The Clarion Hotels will never have my business. Later learned that Hotel had and rumours of drugs and prostitution overlooked by management
