I reserved through Expedia online a hotel room in a Clarion hotel. When we arrived at our destination, the Clarion representative sent us outside the hotel, across the parking lot to a motel.inside the room, the inner door read "Clarion TownHomes" it was a motel. I was so disgusted. I paid for a hotel, ie a room within a building. What I got was a motel room. It was so loud and noisy, old and dirty. I got absolutely no sleep.

I will never trust Expedia or Clarion Hotels again.
