This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! We made reservations over the choice hotels website because I am a choice rewards member. We showed up tonight at 9:42pm and checked in. Of course we had to pay ahead of time. We entered out hotel room and both used the washroom. Water began to pour out of the water supply into the toilet. The floor filled with water. We called the front desk and were told that the only two things that she would do for us was turn off our water, give us our money back and leave us with no hotel room at 11pm on Saturday night or give us a smoking room (I am allergic to tobacco). I called the choice hotels 800# and was told pretty much they could not help me unless I wanted a $90 hotel room in the same town after telling me that she has had apartments with no water so why couldn't I stay one night without it! This is now customer service my friends! Beware of this hotel. It is not kept clean. I found a pinto bean on the floor in the bathroom near the water-filled bathroom floor. The front desk desk lady never offered to come and towel up the mess. When we called the front desk for towels because we only had 1 in the room, the front desk lady brought 2 pool towels. Do not stay here! You will regret it just like I did!
