I just got back from my vacation to Ft Lauderdale. On January 31st, I booked my trip through Orbitz (hotel, air and rental car. When I arrived at the hotel on March 15th, I was told that Orbitz did not bother contacting the hotel to reserve a room for me. They had a month and 1/2 to reserve the room but couldn't be bothered to make the reservation. I will NEVER use Orbitz again for anything and plan on telling everyone I know about Orbitz lack of follow through.
