Booked hotel & flight, and never received their discount. Charged the same as booking individually. Told it was my fault for not calling within 24 hours. Customer services refused to even look at my account. Unfair business practices, then eagerly offered to refund my airfare money in the form of a "voucher" BEWARE, then upon asking more questions... It will cost an additional $300 to rebook your flight using this voucher. LOUSY customer service, not there to help customers, but to protect EXPEDIA
