I booked my flight & hotel (for 2), but then realized a week later that I never received their advertised discount. I went online and saw that it was actually the same cost, but this time it printed up "You saved $118 for booking your flight & hotel together." I called and got customer service who repeated over and over "I'm sorry you would have needed to call within 24 hours to address this."
