Expedia.ca travel review

I had to go out of town for a few days and I booked with Expedia.ca, to stay in Chateau Regina Inn and Suites. I arrived very tired. Expecting my Efficiency suite to be ready for me, and found that there was no such suite there for me. I was offered a room with two beds in it and a fridge and microwave in it. No cooking containers etc. I called Expedia and after their agents attempting to help me, found there were no other efficiency suites available in REgina to rebook to. While I was waiting, I overheard the clerk saying to another clerk that they just got another fax from expedia, they don't know why expedia is doing this they have been told several times they are booked up.

The agent helping me promised me a $25 discount (please note, not per day), and said I would receive in my mail a $100 dollar voucher for my future bookings with Expedia.

Here it is some time later, I have had to email expedia.ca to find out about the voucher. After a very long wait for a response, I was told that I could see the voucher, by going into my preferences tab, (which by the way doesn't exist. Thus I cannot click it.)
I phoned to get further information on how to see and printout this voucher. The agent tried to help me, but found that I cannot SEE THE VOUCHER, I CAN ONLY BOOK WITH IT. I don't even know if there are terms on this voucher. I had to repeat several times that I wanted to SEE the voucher. That Expedia agents promised me that it would be mailed to me, and it hasn't. Long and the short of it, I cannot see the voucher, I can only use it. They will not mail it to me.
Two cases, as with the room, booked and not delivered on. The voucher, not mailed to me as per their promise. I don't recommend Expedia.ca to anyone.

The hotel by the way made things right with me the next day, moving me to the executive suite, installing a hotplate, buying new dishes etc for me to use. They are charms. This was with no help from expedia.ca
