I have never had such bad customer service in my life!!! I got an email from them saying my flight had been cancelled. Not only did they NOT find me a replacement flight (basically told me my only option was to take a refund even though I still needed a flight!), but it has now been over a month and I STILL have not gotten my refund! So now it has been 4 months since I booked the original flight and prices have gone WAY up and I still don't have the money to pay for a new flight. I will NEVER book with them again. What is the purpose of booking with them if they do absolutely nothing for you???
