I bought a MagicJack in 2011. I subsequently ported my house amount to get a one time charge, and taken care of an additional 4 years of support. Without informing me, my ported telephone number "ended after twelve months. They need one more $20 to regenerate it plus $10 to make use of it to get a year. The "free" quantity isn't accessible since I'd ported another one. Therefore, I will have a Magicjack with support until 2016 and that we canot use since I've no telephone number related to it. They've a number return policy. It was never mentioned after I bought the merchandise. Complete misunderstanding and robbery!
