Paid for the item, but it was never shipped, and a rude person was in their customer service

I ordered 1 gallon of Shikai shampoo in September. The receipt said the company ships within 24 hours and if I don't hear from them regarding the shipment, to contact them within ten days. I didn't read the "ten days" part of the receipt, but after waiting weeks, I finally sent an email to their customer service department and received no response after a week.

Then I placed a call and got a rude man on the phone who immediately put me on hold after I tried giving him the order number. He finally got back on the phone and asked for my zip code and confirmed my name. He said they couldn't get the item in stock and the order was canceled. He also said I received an email stating the order was canceled. I started to say (with the open email in front of me) that it doesn't say anything about the order being canceled, but he hung up on me.

This is Vitaglo's customer service treatment. Do not buy from this company. They do not deserve your business, and with a rude and totally unprofessional person answering customer service phone calls, this is not the way to do business. This business is a total loser, and so is the rude, unprofessional man on the phone!
