My MagicJack device failed, and their chat technicians couldn't provide a fix, even though they tried for 2 weeks. Their propaganda states they will replace the device if it fails or they can't fix it, but they told me I would have to buy a new one. The price for the new device includes a year of service. I initiated a chat to install the new MagicJack program and install my old number. Because I wanted my old MagicJack phone number, they refused my free year of service. They said it was their policy. When I said it wasn't fair, they terminated the chat.
