Me: It already has been initiated by my new provider. I got an email telling me in order to port it back I would have to pay. I will not pay for such bad bad bad service as magic jack.

Me: Magic Jack service is terrible I had it for one day and the next day it wouldn't work. That day I contacted tech chat and asked it be disconnected. This is the worst service I believe I have ever seen. I have told all my friends not to get it and will continue to tell them DONT GET MAGICJACK.

Me: Is that all you have to say to me? I WILL contact an Consmer affairs attorney this is not the kind of stuff that a company likes for people to hear. I am not going to cancel the porting request I am asking Magic Jack to cancel. I want my phone number 000-000-0000 ported to my service carrier who has already initiated a request.
