On May4 I purchased a MagicJack after receiving an email from the company. I also purchased an additional 4 years of MagicJack (phone) service. The total price was approximately $90.00. All I have received for my $90.00 is an email from magicJack giving me a number to activate the 4 years additional phone service. The MagicJack is supposed to come with one year of service included.
I have never received the MagicJack. All efforts in trying to resolve the problem have been useless. There is no Customer Service phone number to call, I cannot even get a physical address from the online "Customer Service Chat". When I try to explain the problem to the Customer Service Representative via the MagicJack chat portal, they only tell me to contact the US Postal Service and then abruptly disconnect me. The Postal Service has NO information to give me.
As far as I can tell, MagicJack is just an online scam. You would be well advised to avoid MagicJack. Thank you.
