MagicJack Phone service Refused to transfer years of service I already paid for to a new number due to failure of their previous device

I have been a loyal customer of Magicjack phone service for years. After a year I renewed it for 5 years using a credit card. The magicjack broke after one more year and I had to purchase a new one with a totally different phone number. This one expired in one year. I contacted them about the extra years I had on the old one and they said that the service was not transferable even though a few minutes before another chat person said it was transferable standard to standard service. I asked this chat person how could I go back and use the old number and service and she said it could not be done, she continued to give me the runaround and in so many words that it could not be done... I then asked for her full name and the other chat person. She refused to give it to me and refused to give the business address. Then she cut me off. Her name was Mylene and the other chat person was Adam. I would very much like to open up a civil matter against not only magicjack but everyone who sells it like BestBuy, Radioshack, etc. Because they are selling inferior and fradulent products. There is something up about a company that will not give the chat persons last names or business addresses and not courteous to help its customers. Thank you.
