I had magicjack for about a year and 1/2 when I noticed some calls would not be connected to me. I wa using magicjack for business so when someone could not contact me that was apotential sale gone.
I asked and asked to get the problem corrected. They could not solve the problem so I transfered my number out to Vonage. I had bought an additional 5 year plan on top of my first year.
So when I had my transfer to vonage complete I asked for a refund of the money I paid for the remaining time on my Magicjack account. Magicjack refused. I think that is wrong because I had to leave Magicjack because they could not provide the service to me. I did not leave voluntaeily. I was forced to leave by Magicjack.
