I'd an ATT DSL Hispeed web bill (# 770-552-1477). I was shifting my condo from 822 Hemingway Ln Roswell GA 30075 to 2928 Hemingway Ln Roswell GA 30075. Despite of demand to maneuver the support and being on-call for more than 2 hours, I had been informed I really could not get the support at my new area because the DSLAM for the reason that area was assigned. Per month later I obtained a statement having a cost of $75 for cancellation. While I tried hitting out ATT twice and being reassured by their client service of "having looked after" because the termination was due to their INABILITY TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, they put my bill in selection. I've invested numerous hours attempting to connect with their customer support and it is difficult to reach any individual to talk to for redressal of my criticism.
