Terrible lack of customer support

5/13 - I purchased a telephone from Virgin Mobile

5/16 - I obtained a contact from VM declaring that my telephone was delivered overnight (Fed Ex)

5/19 - I named customer support (888-322-1122) since telephone hadn't appeared. I had been guaranteed the telephone was "in-transit" and that I might have it by 5/20 or 5/21.

5/22 - I named customer support again since however no telephone. I'd to begin throughout since, whenever you contact there, no body includes a idea & it is such as the 1st-time you're calling. I had been informed the problem could be "increased". After I requested to consult with a supervisor, I had been declined.

5/26 - Still no telephone - e-mails dismissed. I named customer support again - once more, my demand to talk to a supervisor was declined. I requested that my cash be returned, but was informed my telephone had delivered, and so I couldn't obtain a return.

5/27 - I named customer-service once more buying following # - used in tech-support, then lastly (after waiting on-hold for 20 units) used in a supervisor. He explained the situation hadn't been increased, but he'd do this today, apologized, and guaranteed me he might obtain a telephone delivered in my experience and contact me using the following #

6/4 - no conversation - no telephone - named customer support - after waiting on-hold for another 20 minute, talked with supervisor who assured me that my telephone would certainly deliver 6/6 and that I could be approached having a following #

6/7 - no conversation - no telephone - named customer support - invested 1 1/2 hours (till 10:30pm) about the telephone Looking to get someone... Anyone. To place a phone-in a container and deliver it in my experience. Once more, I had been guaranteed that the telephone could be delivered and an order # & monitoring # could be sent in my experience that evening.

6/8 - no conversation - no telephone - named customer support - was informed I have to be "individual" while they follow their methods

6/9 - obtained a contact stating no telephones were open to vessel plus they might credit my account (not my Pay-Pal bill, where they required the cash out-of)... My Virgin consideration. They had the audacity to cost me a regular charge after I hadnot been ready to create any calls since I've NO TELEPHONE!

I've existed in concern for a month since easily had an urgent situation I'd don't have any method to demand aid. I've invested numerous frustrating hours about the telephone (my office telephone at the office) obtaining stressed-out fighting over this problem.

They held my cash and not delivered my telephone. They lied in my experience over & once again. This is actually the worst organization I've actually handled

Take note: Virgin did ultimately return my cash, but that can't replace with the four weeks of nightmare they set me through, and that I was left where I began... With no cellphone

7/28 - New Note: simply got my charge card statement. On July 7th, Virgin charged my charge card $26.00!!! Our bill have been stopped since April! I clearly had NO telephone, because no body for the reason that whole business is effective at placing a phone right into a container & mailing it in my experience!
