As ex customer/worker of Cox North Park where the client support is very good I anticipated exactly the same customer support in Vegas. Cox Vegas doesn't recognize their common contracts. They estimate you one-price and ask you for another, do not recognize their ensures, and "some" of the reps are extremely rude. Previously I experienced Cox Communications had the best customer support instruction that I actually joined which is after employed in a person support area for that U.S. Navy. General, I'm extremely disappointed and so I stopped my support.
