I want somebody might have explained, "Do Not purchase XM Radio" this past year. I post this for anybody considering buying their support.

The organization has:

1. Billed me for support after notice that I'd offered radio stations 6 months earlier

2. Declined to permit me to talk to a person support boss regarding my challenge

3. Guaranteed a call-back on my criticism and didn't follow-through

4. Compelled me to contact through on the toll free quantity after which take a seat on store to be able to stop my bill

5. Educated me they'd be charging me till I demonstrated that I'd terminated the support, despite the fact that the termination went using a type on the site which a duplicate isn't supplied towards the client

Everything began throughout the summer of 2005 after I purchased and mounted an XM radio in my own automobile. I approached XM in Feb to inform them I and subsequently offered the vehicle in Jan had radio stations.
