Having tried to cancel my acct for the last 3 months, I get put on hold for hours at a time, and then when I do get someone, they do not speak english well, and say they will take care of it.
I had a phone service with them, when I moved, they told me it would take 3 weeks to move my phone, in the meantime I called another company and set it up with them. I called MCI back (again) to cancel the service, and off we go on a 3 month spree of getting bills for yet another month of service I haven't had since the last of May.
Everytime I call, I am told it is taken care of, and then I get another bill for more.
