It's been 4 months since I moved to a new address and since I requested disconnection of house phone service provided by mci.
During these 4 months I have called the mci customer care department 12 times concerning the disconnection of service at my previous addres and regarding bills which I receive every month at my new address.
Every call takes about 20 minutes, as every time they put me on hold several times to connect with other departments. Every time they assure me that the service "will be disconnected within 2-4-6 business days" and it is still working and at the end of every month I receive a new bill for service at the apartment I moved out from 4 months ago. And again I have to call them and explain the situation for the 101st time in order they dropped the charges.
