Did not credit my Visa for return of merchandise and will not answer my letter of complaint

I ordered three pair of high waist girdle pantied on February 3. When the merchandise arrived I knew without trying them on they would not fit. Within a few days I packaged them and mailed them at the post office. Now we are into May and still no reply from the company. These were purchased on a Visa card.
