I helped my daughter purchased tickets for the Memphis Music Festival; a 3 day combo for May 4,5 and 6.instead we got 3 one day Friday tickets. They refused to refuned the money stating they could not get in touch with ticket sales in Memphis and told my daughter to get a number for Rico to call. They refused to give a number and refused to exchange the tickets. Since they refused my daughter to exchange the tickets, that was Ticketmaster's reason for not refunding the money stating it was up to Memphis Agent to make good on the tickets. Even when the Supervisor admitted they made a mistake, he said they could not refunded the money.
