I placed an order on 5/2/08. Payless Lotions debited my account on 5/7/08. I wrote an email asking where my order was on 5/18/08, no reply.
I wrote another email today, 6/3/08 asking the same question.
I also told them that although their web site states it is within MasterCard and Visa "rules" for them to wait 30 days to ship products, I was told by MC and Visa that this is not true. Companies are not allowed to charge a purchase until the merchandise is ready to ship. Therefore what this company is doing is illegal whether they eventually ship the merchandise or not.
As many of the complainants stated they have not received their merchandise yet and don't expect to. So does anyone have any ideas as to what we can do to get our money back? I have $41.22 involved in my purchase. Not a lot to many but it is to me. What else can we do to keep others from using this web site/merchant?
