I ordered two pocketbooks from Merchandise Direct for $29.99 apiece. When they arrived, I was charged $91.00 and they did not send any information to return them to the company or an itemized bill in the order. There is no option to cancel your order once you place one with them and no return prompt on there order service number. There is no way to speak with a live customer service person and in order to stop them from charging items to my credit card I had to call Visa and have a block put on my card for that company. Not only is Merchandise Direct a fraudulent company, they are basically stealing from their customers also.
