I ordered multiple pairs of orthodics, but only received one. Box came unopened and in fine shape. However, company first assured me my other pair would be shipped soon. When it never came, they finally said (now in reply to my 4th call to them) that a second pair was never sent out and the only way to resolve the issue was to file a claim with the post office for lost merchandise. Mind you, the post office did nothing wrong. My box came unopened, and unharmed.
The company is 100% responsible, but won't admit to any wrong doing. I will file a claim with P.O., but against fraudulant activity attempts by this company, not against post office. This company very publicly touts a 100% return policy, but I don't have the stuff to return, so that's a shame too. Stay away from these guys. They are a fraud and I hope the Post Office comes down hard on them. The product, works, but I'll never buy from them again as they have stolen my money right now
