I paid for merchandise with a visa online and never received merchandise ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

I went to a what I thought was a "Win a truck" advertisement sent to my home. I was mailed a key to fit the truck of course the key didn't work. I was awarded a shopping spree discount card. I made a order with my visa that never came to my house after 3 attempts. You are BAD, BAD.
