Sends out undocumented and bills in erro

I cancelled my DirecTV and was told that I had a credit due me of $16.20.
I was then sent a bill of $80.96.

I had a bundled package with my phone company and DirecTV reports they were not paid by the phone company. DirecTV is a prepaid service which you pay one month in advance of service. There are threading charge my credit card that have on file.

I have tried repeatedly to speak with people to resolve this issue and none have no understand of accounting of what is a debit or credit. I can't get an email that works and I have been on the phone for over 2 hours
with no solution.

I was told that I would be sent a box from FedEx to return the set up box and remote and still no box has been sent.

Be warned: DirecTV is not a reputable company.
