I purchased a new Mercedes and had a LoJack unit installed immediately. The unit would malfunction and I would get a call that my car may have been moved without my knowledge every time I drove the vehicle. I tried every remedy LoJack recommended without success and after one year of trouble they relented to send someone to look at the unit. I told them that if the unit could not be fixed to remove the unit and send me a refund. I was told that they would not do that and further more that if I wanted the unit removed I would have to pay a service fee for that. How about that. I wish I could sell a piece of junk and then turn around and charge the customer for removing it. A company operating like this needs to go out of business and I will certainly give them a lot of advertisement which I hope will hasten their dermise.
