DirecTV
Costco Install Problems, Early Termination Threats and NFL Charge Dispute

Electronics and household app. jeff1640 0

Hello, My name is Jeff * and I am, unfortunately, a VERY unhappy former customer of DirecTV (account number 6312XXXX.) In fact, I am SO unhappy, I can't even fathom how you can keep claiming to be #1 in Customer Service, as every single customer service rep I spoke with in this debacle was rude, ...

DirecTV
Billed $80.96 After Cancelling Despite Promised $16.20 Credit

Shops, Products, Services Steve2280 0

I cancelled my DirecTV and was told that I had a credit due me of $16.20. I was then sent a bill of $80.96. I had a bundled package with my phone company and DirecTV reports they were not paid by the phone company. DirecTV is a prepaid service which you pay one month in advance of service. There ...

Qwest Bundle Hid Two Year Contract and $460 Cancellation Fee, Refund Delayed

Electronics and household app. Carol872 0

Signed up via Qwest (oh so handy to have it all bundled, right? Wrong.) Never a word from Qwest, Directv, or the installer about the two-year contract or a $460.00 cancellation fee. Luckily, when the installer (after everything was already installed) got done and handed me a piece of paper saying ...

Qwest - Direct TV

Politics & Government James a 0

Do not under any circumstances order the qwest / direct t.V. Bundle pack. Qwest keeps the money, does not pay direct t.V. Then direct t.V. Disconnects you and charges you an additional 400$ early disconnect fee. After months of faithful payment qwest charges payment of nearly 400$ for a direct t.V. ...

Direct TV
Billed for MLB Extra Innings Two Years After Cancelling It

Electronics and household app. Cheryl498 0

DirecTV has billed us for MLB Extra Innings two years in a row after we cancelled it both times. Today I called and spoke with Ruby, who informed me that they could not credit my bill (even though I did NOT pay the amount for the MLB) because the MLB season already started. I replied that I did not ...
