I setup an online business account via ups.com to ship packages to my customers as well as to myself via one city to another. On April 16th I shipped a 140# package from Marco Island, Florida to Mobile, Alabama. It arrived (package) on April 22nd with visible damages to the packaging (top crushed down about 8 inches).
No one with UPS has done their job to reimburse me for damages. Today is June 21st. I'm leaving now to file a lawsuit.
