I Sha-na on the tenth of june of the year logged on to the fast cash card.com web site because I need five hundred dollars to pay my rent and, I wasn't going to receive a check from work untill the 25.
So after doing a web search I saw there ad. It said apply online, no faxing paperwork, receive loan in 3-5 days. So I applied was approved and received email confromation that I would be receiving it soon. But now it's the 21 of the month I have untill tomorrow to give in the money for my rent. And have still not received the card through the mail like they claimed I would.
But before I went ahead and filed this report, once I did not receve the card on the fifth day I received and email from this comapany saying to call their 800 # or email their customer service. But each time I call I get and automatic response telling me how to apply and not telling me what to do if I hadn't gotten it.
And when I go to their customer service email address my computer can't find that page or the email I send them is a failure.
